What an amazing team. I’ve been bringing my girls (2 female pugs) here for about 2 years now, and I cannot imaging a more compassionate and knowledgeable team to work with in keeping my girls as healthy as possible. Just a brief story: I grew up with a pretty intense (and slightly irrational) fear of the spaying procedure, because my family lost 2 puppies when I was very young. Dr. Marzullo was masterful in explaining everything about the procedure — risks, precautions they take, and what the animals will experience before/during & after the procedure. No spay is zero-risk of course, but she helped me through the anxiety of it with as much support and assurance as possible. Both of my girls are now spayed, and I really couldn’t imaging a more amazing team to trust with their health. I cannot recommend this team higher; which I say that as someone that has struggled a lot in the past with finding reliable & trustworthy veterinarian services.

Great team. Everybody is super helpful and nice. My dog is always so hyper and full of energy when we go to his appointments but they always find ways to make him and me feel comfortable. I would recommend them if you are looking for a new vet.

Dr. Marzullo and her team are excellent. They have taken good care of our 2 dogs through health and regular checkups as well as with injury and illness. The team is very caring and checks in often after visits. Dr. Marzullo does a great job of explaining different options, including the pros and cons of each, and has vast experience to draw from to help us make the best decisions for our pups. She also sets up expectations and takes time to answer my many questions.

The people at Pacific City Veterinary Clinic were absolutely wonderful! Our little Chihuahua mix is a great dog but is always scared around people she doesn't know. The vet and vet tech there were amazing in how well they were at helping her to relax and feel safe. This is our second dog we have taken there. The first one even got better about being able to meet new people after a couple of trips into the vets office. That speaks volumes about how much they care about the animals and how much they feel and respect them. If you love your fur babies, and I know that you do, then you couldn't find a better place to bring them. It's a place where the love for them almost matches your own.

I love Pacific City so much! They’re really transparent about costs, so kind and gentle with my baby girl who is terrified of being at the vet. This photo is after she got multiple vaccines and they said she might be tired but she had crazy zoomies instead. Also, love Erin, she always remembers my dog and gives her treats to help her fears!!

I definitely have already left a review for this wonderful business, but wanted to come back and leave another one now that I’ve been a customer for a few years. When I say Pacific City Vet Care (and specifically Dr. Marzullo) are THE BEST vet clinic we have ever been to — I am not exaggerating. My wife and I have 3 pets, so between the three of them, we are frequent customers. The staff is always incredibly kind, personable, attentive, and they make sure to get to know you and your pet on a personal level. Dr. Marzullo, the vet we have been seeing for a few years, is hands down one of my favorite vets and care providers I have ever been to. She makes sure to explain everything in detail, she has gotten to know each of my pets and their individual personalities and needs, and she is always incredibly detail oriented and thorough no matter the reason we are there. We have been into this vets office for a wide variety of issues, and every single time we feel our pets have received the best care they could possibly receive. Thank you so much to the team at Pacific City — we are most definitely lifetime customers!

They made time urgently to see my 16 year old dog when she got a UTI and my 6 year old dog just likes to come to the vet to cuddle the vets and techs. They’re always very nice and helpful when I’ve been there. I can’t recommend them enough, my dogs love seeing them and that means a lot when they’re not feeling well and are going through a hard time.

I've been to a lot of vets throughout the years and Pacific City is by far my favorite. They're very caring and knowledgeable. The pricing is very transparent and upfront and they will always tell you if something is suggested or should definitely be done. Super easy to get in - I've had multiple same-day appointments for non-emergency treatments. They also will tell you over the phone if you should come in or if there's something at home you can do. They took notes not only on my cat's condition, but also what she likes and doesn't like in terms of treats and handling. I've taken both dogs and cats here and can recommend them for both types of animals.

I have visited the Pacific City Vet clinic multiple times for my cat Mocha and every time has been a wonderful experience. All of the staff I've interacted with have been incredibly nice and truly care that you understand your pet's health. They are very transparent about the prices and procedures that they offer or recommend, which I greatly appreciate as a new and young pet owner. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Cannot say enough good things about Pacific City Vet! All of the folks who work here are so sweet and you can tell love animals so much. My dog is always so happy to see everyone! Dr. Marzullo is amazing and very thorough with her assessments and patient teaching. I know my dog Griffey is in good hands here.
